Terms and conditions:

1. This campaign starts at 12:00 UTC on Dec 11, 2024, and ends at 12:00 UTC on Dec 25, 2024.
2. The local currencies eligible for this promotion are EGP, DZD, SAR, JOD, KWD, TND, LBP, OMR, and LKR.
3. This campaign is applicable to all P2P traders (Merchants and lite users) who trade EGP, MAD, DZD, SAR, JOD, KWD, TND, LBP, OMR, and LKR on OKX P2P and have completed identity verification in one of these countries: Egypt, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Tunisia, Lebanon, Oman, and Sri Lanka.
4. Users must register by clicking the "Join now" button on the landing page. Once a user successfully enrolls in the campaign, the button will change to "Joined."
5. Winners will be announced within 30 business days after the campaign ends.
6. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
7. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
8. A maximum of 1,000 winners will be rewarded on a first come, first served basis.
9. A qualified referee is a new OKX user who completes the following:

• Signs up using a referral link or code within the campaign period;
• Completes identity verification within 7 days after signup;
• Buys a minimum of 30 USDT within 14 days after registration in one transaction on the OKX P2P marketplace (P2P sharing orders completed through private ads not being counted).

10. In order to exclude malicious behavior or abuse of the terms by promo participants, OKX team has the right to request additional supporting materials from the participants proving P2P transactions

If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner's OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.
12. According to local laws and regulations, users from some countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Use.
13. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behaviour in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.
14. Each user can only participate in one new-user campaign at any one time. New-user activities are limited to those who have not traded on the platform before registering. If a user participates in multiple activities, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
15. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted
16. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
17. OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion in a manner it deems appropriate, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
18. In case of any disputes, OKX reserves the right to final interpretations of all activities in this promotion.
19. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
