1. This promotion shall commence on 28 October 2024 10:00 (UTC) and end on 11 November 2024 10:00 (UTC).
2. In order to participate in the promotion, users must pass or have previously passed OKX's advanced identity verification (KYC2). Check your status here.
3. This promotion is applicable to all Lite takers trading UAH, KZT, TJS, GEL, AMD, MDL, BYN, UZS, KGS on OKX P2P with KYC: Russia, Ukraine (except Donetsk and Luhansk regions), Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova.
4. This promotion excludes residents from the following jurisdictions: Brazil, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Canada, Cuba, Crimea, Hong Kong (specifically regarding our derivatives-related Services), India, Iran, Malaysia, Malta, North Korea, Singapore, Syria, the Bahamas, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom (specifically regarding our derivatives-related Services for retail users), Donetsk, Luhansk, Uzbekistan ("Restricted Jurisdiction"), United States of America, including all U.S.A. territories like Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, and the US Virgin Islands (St. Croix, St. John and St. Thomas).

6. 1. "Taker" - a user who buys crypto using existing advertisements.

8. Only users who complete their first purchase with min of 30 USDT on P2P and a spot trade of at least 10 USDT during the promotion period will be eligible for Level 1 rewards.
9. Only users who complete their first purchase with min of 50 USDT on P2P and a spot trade of at least 20 USDT during the promotion period will be eligible for Level 2 rewards.
10. Only users who complete their first purchase with min of 100 USDT on P2P and a spot trade of at least 50 USDT during the promotion period will be eligible for Level 3 rewards.
11. The local currencies eligible for this promotion are UAH, KZT, TJS, GEL, AMD, MDL, BYN, UZS and KGS.
12. Winners will be selected within 14 business days after the promotion ends.
13. Winners will be selected via the "first come - first serve" mechanism.
14. Rewards will be distributed within 30 days after the promotion ends.
15. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.
16. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner's OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.
17. Each OKX account can participate once; sub-accounts are ineligible.
18. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behavior in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.
19. OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and Reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
