OKX to rename USD/USDⓈ spot trading pairs to USDC trading pairs
To give you a clearer and more consistent trading experience, OKX will rename all USD/USDⓈ spot trading pairs to USDC trading pairs before October 16, 2026. This is a naming update only. There will be no downtime, and your trading will not be affected.
What to expect
Timing: Before October 16, 2026
Downtime: None
Impact: Your trading, open orders, and bots will continue to run as usual. These trading pairs will eventually be displayed as crypto/USDC on the frontend.
Next steps
Web and app users: No action is required on your end.
API users: No action is required on your end. Keep using the
-USDCsuffix for your spot trading pairs (e.g.,BTC-USDC). For more details, refer to the API changelog.
