Market rules
When submitting the result, first consult Tesla’s official earnings documents and use the primary headline non-GAAP earnings per share initially reported for the quarter. Diluted non-GAAP EPS should normally be used; if diluted EPS is not reported, use basic non-GAAP EPS. Round the value to the nearest cent using standard rounding. Submit Yes if the value is greater than USD 0.43; submit No if the value is equal to or below USD 0.43.
If Tesla releases its earnings but its official documents do not provide non-GAAP EPS, use the non-GAAP EPS reported by Seeking Alpha for that earnings release. If no non-GAAP EPS is available within 96 hours after 4:00 PM ET on the earnings announcement date, use the diluted GAAP EPS initially reported in Tesla’s official earnings documents. If diluted GAAP EPS is not reported, use basic GAAP EPS. If the official documents still do not provide GAAP EPS, use the GAAP EPS reported by Seeking Alpha. If no GAAP EPS is available at that point, submit No.
If Tesla does not publish the relevant earnings release within 45 calendar days after the expected release date of October 20, 2026, submit No.
If multiple non-GAAP EPS figures are reported, use the primary headline non-GAAP EPS presented in the earnings release. IFRS EPS will be treated as GAAP EPS. Subsequent restatements, revisions, or corrections will not affect settlement unless they correct an obvious error immediately following the initial publication. All amounts are denominated in U.S. dollars.
