Market rules
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the final closing price for Alphabet (GOOGL) at the specified endpoint on November 6, 2026 (ET) is strictly greater than the fixed benchmark of USD 283. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". A closing price exactly equal to the benchmark resolves to "No".
The comparison threshold is fixed at USD 283. The final settlement price is used exactly as published by the designated resolution source, without rounding.
Use the Pyth "Close" value of the completed 1-minute candle for GOOGL/USD corresponding to 3:59–4:00 PM ET on November 6, 2026, the last minute of the primary exchange regular trading session. The normal regular session is 9:30 AM–4:00 PM ET. Pre-market and after-hours prices are excluded. If Friday is a market holiday, use the most recent trading session in that same week; for an early close, use its actual last regular-session minute. The scheduled cutoff is November 6, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET.
If the last regular-session minute has no valid Pyth Close, use the last valid Pyth price during that regular session. If a system outage, data failure or other technical disruption leaves no valid Pyth price for the entire relevant trading day, use the official closing price published by the primary listing exchange for that day. If the security does not trade at all during that regular session, the market resolves 50-50. In the event of a stock split, reverse split or similar corporate action after the benchmark date, compare on the same split-adjusted basis: adjust the fixed benchmark by the same ratio as the settlement price, without independently rounding the adjusted benchmark.
