OKX Card - Subscription Rebates FAQ
How do the subscription rebates work?
Get 50% back on eligible ChatGPT, Claude and Netflix subscription payments with your US OKX Card, up to USD 20 per calendar month across all three services. Rebates are paid automatically in USDG to your OKX Pay account.
To qualify:
Set your US OKX Card as the payment method on the subscription provider's official website.
Choose Autopay and choose USDG to collateralize your transaction.
Once the eligible payment settles, the rebate is credited to Pay on the same day. There is nothing to claim.
Who is eligible?
You need an active US OKX Card and an eligible USDG-funded subscription payment on Autopay. Payments on Manual repayment and payments backed by non-USDG stablecoins do not qualify. The monthly rebate cap does not vary by tier.
Which subscriptions qualify?
ChatGPT, Claude and Netflix. The program identifies the provider by the merchant name recorded on the transaction.
Do subscriptions purchased through an app store qualify?
No. Subscribe directly on the provider's official website. In-app and app-store payments do not qualify because they are recorded under the app store's merchant name rather than the eligible provider.
How much can I receive each month?
The rebate is 50% of each eligible settled payment, up to USD 20 total per user per calendar month across all three providers. For example, an eligible USD 30 subscription earns USD 15; an eligible USD 50 subscription earns at most USD 20, assuming you have not used any of that month's allowance.
When will I receive my rebate?
You will receive USDG to your Pay account on the day the eligible subscription payment settles, not on the date of transaction authorization.
When does the monthly allowance reset?
Your monthly allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month, using Eastern Time (ET). A payment counts toward the month in which it settles, not the month in which it is authorized or your Card billing cycle.
Do annual subscriptions qualify?
An eligible annual plan is treated as one transaction. It earns a rebate once, up to the remaining cap in its settlement month, with no additional rebates in later months for that same payment.
Is this rebate additional to regular cashback?
Yes. Subscription rebates are an additional benefit. The subscription cap is separate from the core cashback cap and does not reduce your core allowance. Core cashback remains subject to its own eligibility and cap.
What happens if a subscription payment is refunded?
The corresponding rebate is reversed when a refund or chargeback credit posts through clearing. The deduction cannot exceed the original rebate. A pending dispute alone does not trigger reversal.
