What should I do if my OKX Card is compromised or temporarily blocked?
What should I do if I notice an unauthorized transaction?
Report it immediately through the OKX app or contact OKX Customer Support.
Can I get a new card if my card details are compromised?
Yes. Card reissue is supported by selecting “replace card” under your card menu. Any outstanding balance carries over to your replacement card.
Why is my card temporarily blocked?
Your card may be restricted because of an unresolved shortfall, a restriction on your OKX Exchange account, suspected fraud, a sanctions check, required identity re-verification, or a legal or compliance requirement. A stablecoin restriction or program suspension can also affect card use.
How do I restore the card to use?
For a shortfall-related lock, it requires full recovery of all relevant overdue amounts before unlocking; partial recovery leaves the card locked.
For other restrictions, contact OKX customer support for assistance. Adding funds does not resolve an identity, fraud, sanctions, or legal restriction.
What happens to pending purchases while my card is blocked?
Existing collateral holds remain in place until the transactions settle or are resolved. A temporary block does not automatically cancel pending purchases or release their reserved balance.
