Market rules

As of market creation, Apple is estimated to release earnings on November 2, 2026. The fixed Street consensus threshold for Apple's Normalized EPS is $1.98. This market resolves Yes only if Apple reports Normalized EPS strictly greater than $1.98 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release; otherwise it resolves No. First use the Normalized EPS in the company's initially published official earnings documents. Normalized EPS means diluted Normalized EPS, or basic Normalized EPS if diluted is not published. If the official documents do not provide Normalized EPS, use the Normalized EPS reported by Seeking Alpha (https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/AAPL/earnings). If no qualifying Normalized EPS is available within 96 hours after 4:00 PM ET on the earnings announcement date, resolve No. If Apple does not release earnings within 45 calendar days after November 2, 2026, resolve No. Round all figures to the nearest cent using standard rounding. IFRS EPS is treated as Normalized EPS. Later restatements, corrections, or revisions do not change resolution except an obvious and immediate correction to the initial release. Figures are in USD unless otherwise indicated. For Apple, use the Normalized EPS figure and USD per AAPL share or ADS as displayed by the named source; do not convert from another share class or currency. If a settlement dispute arises, an ambiguity arises that is not expressly covered by these rules, or the specified authoritative sources conflict, the platform will make the final determination in good faith based on the published rules, the specified data sources, and objectively verifiable facts.
